Reliable: Every Fight Kiln completion offers an uncut onyx as a reward choice (needs The Elder Kiln and a one-time fire cape).
97 Divination: Transmute 100 onyx dust and 250 incandescent energy into an uncut onyx. Dust drops from Raksha, Arch-Glacor, Croesus, TzKal-Zuk, Hermod, Rasial and elite dungeons.
Drops: Kal'gerion demons (90 Dungeoneering) drop uncut onyx at 1/256; Araxxi, Nex and Solak drop them too.
