Charms gate everything — Slayer kills and Hunter charm sprites are your supply. Make pouches in big batches at an obelisk.

Summoning goes to level 99. Every method below is self-sufficient: no Grand Exchange, only what you gather, craft or earn yourself.

Training path

5 stages from level 1, each starting at the level you unlock it.

Levels 1–19
Wolf Whistle quest (276 XP → level 4 + 275 gold charms), then dreadfowl (4) and granite crab (16) pouches

Getting the resources

Without the Grand Exchange, every input comes from your own account.

•Charms (gold/green/crimson/blue): drop from Slayer/combat kills, and Hunter charm sprites at 72 Hunter — bank every single one
•Spirit shards: buy thousands cheaply from Pikkupstix in Taverley (fund with drop GP) — you need ~thousands per session
•Secondaries: each pouch needs a specific item (raw meat, bones, gems, etc.) from drops or skilling — check the pouch you're making
•Pouches: combine a charm + spirit shards + the secondary at a full Summoning obelisk (Taverley, Prifddinas Amlodd district, Menaphos); the POH small obelisk only recharges points

Voice of Seren

Summoning is boosted in the Amlodd district of Prifddinas. When the Voice of Seren is active there, Summoning training in the district earns +20% XP, as does Divination. See which districts are active now.
