Cook your own Fishing catches — the two skills pace each other.
Cooking goes to level 99. Every method below is self-sufficient: no Grand Exchange, only what you gather, craft or earn yourself.

Training path
2 stages from level 1, each starting at the level you unlock it.
- Levels 1–68
Cook everything you fish on a range/bonfire; get cooking gauntlets (Family Crest) early to cut burning
- Levels 68–99
Cooking urns + your own sharks/rocktails; Sous chef’s outfit (Gnome Restaurant) gives +6% XP
Ironmen CANNOT use portable ranges — cook on a range or bonfire
Getting the resources
Without the Grand Exchange, every input comes from your own account.
- •Raw food: from your own Fishing (and Farming/drops) — bank as you fish
- •Cooking gauntlets (from Family Crest): cut burning hugely — get them early
- •Cook on a range or bonfire; Cooking urns add bonus XP
