Agility goes to level 99. Every method below is self-sufficient: no Grand Exchange, only what you gather, craft or earn yourself.

Training path

5 stages from level 1, each starting at the level you unlock it.

  1. Levels 1–35

    Rush with quest XP (The Grand Tree, Tourist Trap lamps); Gnome Stronghold / Burthorpe courses to fill

  2. Levels 35–52

    Anachronia agility course — also drops codex pages + course materials

  3. Levels 52–65

    Wilderness Agility Course (~51k xp/hr)

  4. Levels 65–77

    Het’s Oasis course (~70k xp/hr); advanced Anachronia course from 70 (~78k xp/hr); or the Empty Throne Room Manual Auto-cycle

  5. Levels 77–99

    Hefin Agility Course in Prifddinas (~103k–171k xp/hr after the 2026 rebalance)

    Hefin VoS hour +20%; Anachronia full course at 85 (boostable from 80)

Agility is boosted in the Hefin district of Prifddinas. When the Voice of Seren is active there, Agility training in the district earns +20% XP, as does Prayer. See which districts are active now.
